Frog Street curriculum

The Frog Street curriculum provides a comprehensive continuum of research-based curriculum serving children from birth to age 5. We provide age- appropriate instruction that is aligned to both federal and state standards. It is a comprehensive curriculum designed to meet the needs of diverse learners while supporting the learning domains.

Programs Available

For Your Child

Infant program

Frog Street Infant encourages caregiver and child interactions to develop rich oral language and vocabulary as well as strong social and emotional connections.

This child-centered program includes activities that can easily incorporated into daily routines to help young children meet developmental milestones.

Toddler program

The Frog Street curriculum will immerse toddlers in a language-rich environment essential for developing both receptive and expressive language skills. The program includes high-interest books, stories, songs, poems, and chants that will amuse and delight toddlers.
The activity choices in the physical development domain provide toddlers with fun physical challenges, action songs, and games that will build coordination, balance, and muscle strength.

Cognitive development includes engaging activities that support cause-and-effect relationships and problem solving to develop foundational skills for lifelong learning.
Toddlers will build confidence with a special emphasis on social-emotional development, learn impulse control, and develop social skills while caregivers build trusting relationships with children through one-on-one, partner, and small-group interactions.

Pre-K Program

Pre-K 3 and 4 Frog Street curriculum uses early brain development research as the framework for instruction and offers strong daily routines that develop key social and
emotional skills.
The curriculum balances intentional instruction with child-directed play and values individual differences. It provides
comprehensive, integrated, thematic activities in all disciplines and domains.
Adult and child interactions are encouraged to develop rich oral language and vocabulary as well as strong social and emotional connections. The curriculum provides materials and strategies for maintaining healthy family partnerships, and it embraces the joy of learning every day!

School-age program

Our after-school program is designed for children attending school and only need care for a few hours after school. The children are provided an afternoon meal, time for homework and playtime.
We also offer summertime care for school age children. Fun activities, field trips and meals are provided.
